Flight Test Engineer

Our team is composed of industry veterans from leading defense, drone, and tech organizations worldwide, including Palantir, Kratos, SAAB, Anduril, and others.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Stockholm for a Flight Test Engineer. The Flight Test Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing flight tests. This includes analyzing flight data, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the development and validation of advanced aerospace technologies. The role may also involve troubleshooting systems and contributing to design improvements. Qualifications Proficiency in Flight Test Engineering and conducting flight testsExpertise in Aircraft systems and Aerospace EngineeringKnowledge of Systems Engineering principles and their application in aerospaceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailExcellent teamwork and communication abilitiesBachelor's or higher degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related fieldExperience in the defense or aerospace industry is a plusFamiliarity with drone and unmanned aerial systems is advantageous
