Reporting to our Head of Growth Marketing you will be in charge of budget planning and forecasting, optimizing growth investments with an ROI mindset along with other strategic projects.
This involves close collaboration with other Marketing teams, as well as Finance, Commercial & the Founder’s office.
StellenbeschreibungRun financial models to project orders, customers, order frequency and other levers over the short/mid/long term given multiple investment scenarios Support Marketing teams with investment decisions with a focus on ROI and the achievement of financial targets Empower Growth leadership with business case assessments that require cross-functional inputs and financial modelingDrive strategic and operational projects, from inception to budget management, forecasting impact, and operational execution Collaborate with senior leadership in defining Flink’s long-term planning across multiple topline levels, like new/returning customers, frequency development, LTV targets to maximize business potential Understand various marketing channels such as paid marketing channels, offline media, CRM, as well as vouchers and discounts, to be able to analyze their performance and efficiency, and provide recommendations to maximize topline growth Analyze industry trends, macro conditions, and competitor activities to develop recommendations for strategic projects to be built into the product roadmap and OKRs.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the success of strategic initiatives.
