Junior Recruitment Specialist Flip. ro What you’ll have to do: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including initial applicant sourcing, direct-search, screening, qualification assessments (hard-skills and soft-skills), interviews and offers. In charge with identifying and sourcing top talent across multiple functions and job levels, including but not limited to Operations department (our Flip Service teams).
Partnership with hiring managers and HR Business Partner to identify key requirements for each requisition, target companies & candidates to reach out to, develop recruitment strategies according to their business needs. Act as an ambassador of Flip's employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, through various channels by utilizing specialized job boards, social networks, referrals, career events, networking initiatives. Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement process (if case). Prepare and negotiate job offers and provide feedback.
Update and maintain accurate records in our ATS. In-depth understanding of the business and current projects and challenges. Prepare regular and ad-hoc metrics and reporting on recruiting activities. What makes you a good fit: Bachelor's Degree. Up to 2 years of full life cycle recruiting for blue collar or high-volume operational roles (experience in an agency or in-house high-volume recruitment environment is a strong plus). A great networker with an out-of-the-box approach to solving recruitment challenges. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) able to partner effectively across departments. Skilled in project management, organizing resources and establishing priorities.
Ability to gather data, consistently track metrics, and prepare reports. Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
