The Floor Manager will oversee day-to-day activities in the call center, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient team performance. Responsibilities include managing a team, providing leadership and guidance, implementing strategies to meet targets, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.QualificationsMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience.Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skillsTeam Management, Team Leadership, and Contact Centers experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksExperience in the insurance industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
