Team playerTo maintain a high level of knowledge on product offerings; including menu's, wine's, hot and cold beverages, gelato and promotional products. To ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently and in accordance with the company's high standards of presentation. To ensure that the Cafe's food & beverage areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service. To carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy.
