Working within our flotilla team allows you to be part of our customer's holiday; you will ensure the successful running of an organised itinerary exploring beautiful destinations. From daily briefings to punch parties and regattas, flotillas bring new friends together.Sunsail is recruiting flotilla kids activity coordinators to work in Greece on our one-week flotilla routes for peak season. The successful candidate will be part of the flotilla lead crew coordinating activities for children aged 5-17 years old.Primary duties will centre around the yachts, the base and ports of call. You and your lead boat team will be the face of the company.
