We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Partnership Specialist to grow our Spanish brand catalogue and develop lasting relationships with local and global partners. You will be responsible for driving market expansion, onboarding new brands, and creating sustainable partnerships that contribute to the company's overall growth and success.What you'll do:Negotiate with leads to secure the best financial and operational terms for cooperation;Manage partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, rates, timelines, and operational processes;Build long-term relationships with partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous collaboration;Identify new opportunities and expand our catalogue with relevant and high-demand brands;Collaborate with our European team to align local strategy with global growth goalsWhat we're looking for:Fluent Spanish (native or C1) and strong English skills;Proven experience in negotiations, account management, or business development in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or fintech;Strong analytical and communication skills — ability to balance business interests and build win-win deals;Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environmentWill be a plus:Experience with gift cards, loyalty programs, or digital distribution platforms;Existing network within Spanish or LATAM ecosystemWhat we offer:Fully remote work with friendly, result-focused management;Flexible working format;Opportunity to play a key role in expanding our presence and partnerships within a dynamic and fast-growing regional market;Competitive compensation package based on experience and results
