Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of visual communication, and proficiency in design software. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media, to support our marketing and branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and produce high-quality graphics for a variety of media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials. Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and overall visual identity.

Work closely with marketing, content, and technical teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives. Generate ideas and concepts for visual campaigns and marketing materials, including brainstorming sessions and sketching out designs. Review and revise designs based on feedback from the team, making adjustments as necessary. Prepare and organize design files for production, including print and digital formats, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to technical specifications. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and previous work. Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other design tools like Sketch or Figma. Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e. g. , After Effects, Premiere Pro). Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.

A high level of creativity and an ability to think outside the box while adhering to brand guidelines and project requirements. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic web design tasks.
