Quaker Houghton is a global publicly traded company with a unique collaborative culture that supports career growth for its colleagues and offers competitive compensation and benefit programs.What will you do?Day to day management of Fluid Care Activities including coaching and development fostering collaboration and professional growth Provide senior technical support to the frontline Fluid Care Team and TSS Engineering Team for serving and meeting the customer requirementDevelop Fluid Care Business projects in existing and new customers.Handle all technical product, onsite service application related problems referred from the field, through in person visit to customers Cooperate with PAM Team to select appropriate products from the portfolio in accordance with business needs and product line strategy to Fluid Care Customers. Obtain technical guidance from PAM Team for customer onsite troubleshooting.Develop and Implement strategies to enhance product application effectiveness in alignment with Organization goals Collaborate with commercial team to identify new business trends, Opportunities for product adaptation through developing customer presentations, proposals and Fluid commercial offers.Identify and understand customer needs and proposing service improvement and cost down opportunities for customers while defining new opportunities for making profit to the company.Collaborate closely with Account management / other Business Development/PAM to Manage the process of product development between customer and Laboratory / Quality Assurance through personal visit at both the locationsServe as Escalation point for Complex customer requirement and provide high level support for critical accounts.Build strong customer relationship with top key customers and at the senior management level to enhance our creditability and reputation of Quaker HoughtonComply with all Company Policies: Safety, Code of Conduct and T&E complianceWork in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.Work in compliance with quality, environmental, occupational health and safety laws and regulations.Control and ensure that no pollution in the workplace.What are we looking for?Bachelor in Chemical, Production or relevant engineering degree10-15 years’ experience of customer facing technical role with specific focus on; Metalworking/Metal etc.5+ years team management experienceLanguages: Conversational level in English and native Thai communication.What is in it for you?Competitive pay + Bonus & Rewards opportunitiesQH University : Excellent onboarding and ongoing training programs for all levels.Access to real career growth opportunities2 days annual volunteering leave, part of our Global Giving ProgramWellbeing, DEI, Mentorship and other attractive employee benefit programsAn opportunity to join a market leading team where autonomy and initiative are expectedJoin our growing team and let's do great things together!Read more about sustainability at QH here: Sustainability – Quaker Houghton
