Job DescriptionThe Regeneration Operator is responsible for the full process of the regeneration of mobile equipment. The process involves unloading and reloading resins onto various types of mobile equipment, as well as quality control checks throughout the process to ensure optimal performance. In this role, you will be accountable for completing all necessary checklists and documentation to ensure that the equipment operates as designed. This position requires attention to detail in monitoring equipment functionality, calibrations, maintaining accurate records and promptly reporting any operational issues to our maintenance team, lead or supervisor. Dedication to maintaining high standards and meeting specificationsDuties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining and promoting a safe work environment and culture, submitting Great Catch Reports as part of EHS InitiativeOperating and monitoring regeneration equipment, handling resin unloading and loading processes, and maintaining proper equipment parameters during startups and shutdownsQuality control is a key focus, requiring regular checks of equipment specifications, resin quality, and process effectiveness, specifically testing pH, conductivity/resistivity, silica, and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) using hand meters and other analytical instrumentsDiligent documentation of all operational activities and recording specifications and testing on Quality Control documents for ISO 9001 compliance, and reporting equipment issues by notifying Lead or Maintenance team of issuesStrong communication with supervisors and team members, updating shift production logs, and participating in meetingsContribution to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancementsParticipating in safety and other training as assigned to remain updated with industry best practicesOffloading of Hazard Chemicals/Waste following EHS protocolsOther duties as assignedQualificationsKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong communication skillsAction-oriented Critical thinkingTroubleshooting skillsMechanical aptitudeProficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google WorkspacesAbility and willingness to work in various weather conditions (indoor / outdoor)Ability and willingness to perform physical duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, working at elevated heights, and manual dexterityAbility and willingness to work in industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, and power industry facilitiesAbility and willingness to travel for install and repair if neededAbility and willingness to work holidays and weekends based on business demandEducation & ExperienceRequiredHS Diploma, GED or equivalentAt least 2 years of experience in comparable manufacturing environment involving material handling1 year experience with lab testing/sampling techniques and analyticsBasic Chemical handling experiencePreferredHS Chemistry knowledge highly desired1 year of experience in plumbing, pump or mechanical repairExperience in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentWell-versed in warehouse safety and OSHA regulationsForklift certifiedYard Mule experienceAdditional InformationAt Veolia, we realize diverse teams make smarter decisions, deliver better results, and build strongercommunities.
