Flutter Engineer - Contractor 3 months project (B2B)

We're looking for a Flutter Mobile Engineer, to work as a contractor in a 3 months project (potential to get extended). The engineer will act as the mobile expert and will be responsible for building and delivering a professional internal Android application end-to-end, in close collaboration with the client’s digital team.The Node.js backend API is largely complete; what we need now is a mobile engineer to develop and ship the final production-ready tool.Start - ASAPBudget - 30-35 EUR/hourDuration - approx. 3 monthsResponsibilities:Development of the mobile application in Flutter (Android-focused) through to full delivery.Integration with the existing Node.js backend (stable API).UI/UX optimizations to ensure a simple and efficient field experience (photo capture, upload, smooth workflow).Implementation of media management functionalities (camera, storage, permissions).Ensuring application quality: testing, debugging, and stability on Android devices.Close collaboration with the client’s digital team and contribution to technical decisions.Profile:Solid experience with Flutter (published apps or complex end-to-end projects).Experience or practical exposure to Node.js backend (understanding REST APIs, debugging, small adjustments if needed).Strong knowledge of Android specifics (permissions, camera, media handling, offline mode).High autonomy and the ability to deliver quickly in a lean environment.
