To support our continued growth and global operations, our Hong Kong office is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Director to spearhead strategic procurement, logistics, and supplier management initiatives across our semiconductor business.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and execute global supply chain strategies that align with corporate objectives, driving cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supply resilience across complex semiconductor ecosystems. Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including strategic supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management through structured processes such as AVL qualification and supplier tiering frameworks. Optimize procurement budgets, reduce total costs, and implement robust risk management frameworks for supply disruptions (e. g. , chip shortages, logistics delays). Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, and finance teams to synchronize supply chain planning with demand forecasts a capacity constraint, and financial targets.
Build and lead a high-performing supply chain organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, talent development and operational excellence. Leverage ERP/WMS/SRM systems, along with advanced data analytics to improve supply chain transparency, accelerate inventory turnover, and streamline procurement and fulfillment processes. RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in electronic information engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. Experience: 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain roles within the semiconductor or microchip industry. Deep expertise in global procurement, logistics, supplier management, and navigating complex supply ecosystems.
Demonstrated success in cost optimization, strategic supplier partnerships, and crisis management during supply chain disruptions.
