Job Description

To be responsible for execution behind commercial elements of customer experience related to onboard Products (Flynas Mall) and related Sales, as well as improving ground services via our lounge offering. In-Flight Sales: Flynas Mall (Duty-Free Sales) and Buy-On-board - Drive Sales and Revenues - Manage all Flynas Mall (Duty-Free) and sales activities to drive revenues - based on flight destinations and requirements; in line with all Flynas policies & processes and in coordination with internal stakeholders, to assure on-time operations. - Support all activities related to Nasmall novelties, cycles, and on-board selections. - Travel to supplier facilities when required.

- Identify potential products by conducting market research and generating product requirements and pricing. - Update on-board magazines, News, Flynasmall and Bob based on Flynas Passenger profiles and coordinate on-board implementation. - Liaise on a daily basis with Flynas on Board Supplier (SACC) and maintain a high level of Quality and quantity standards. The officer will propose appropriate actions if Flynas’ standards/ contracts are not met. - Responsible for the Point of Sales (POS) devices implementations and reporting, or related activities/issues. - Manage expenses within the budgeted forecast and develop a business case to justify the capital investment.

- Assess Flynas offering against competitors and keep track of business intelligence data via a monitoring tool. Product Look and Feel - Responsible for all product Look and Feel to maintain Flynas Identity standards and the highest level of services. Products, Equipment control and stock management: - Support all product cabin development on ad-hoc requests and provide recommendations in line with Flynas Brand identity. - Support Line Manager with all aspects of IFEC on board the cabin, from market intelligence to RFP to Data Analysis and implementation. Identify any issue or any improvement opportunity in that field.

- Coordinate all acquisitions of On-board and galley Equipment with General Procurements (Carts, Trolleys, Containers, Drawers, etc) to conduct day-to-day operations, based on IFS feedback and in liaison with the Catering Officer. - Responsible for the operational stock of On-board products, such as Catering Boxes (BBML, NLML. . ), Trays, Casseroles, Linens, etc. The officer will provide reports and advise on a proactive procurement timeline. - Responsible for on-board product quality and quantityReporting and document control - Perform any other assignment from the line manager or his designee. - Assist team members in performing their duties.

- Provide quarterly/ monthly/ weekly reports or as per the line manager’s request on all transactions commenced in the concerned period.
