Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager – West AfricaJoin FMC, a global leader in agricultural science, and play a critical role in shaping how we bring innovative crop protection solutions to farmers and distribution partners across West and Central Africa. As our new Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager, you’ll be part of the Africa Marketing team and the key link between marketing, technical, and commercial teams - helping shape local strategy, deliver impactful tools and training, and drive the success of product launches and marketing campaigns from field to channel.
What You’ll DoTranslate market and customer insights into local go-to-market strategiesStrategic product portfolio alignment and business cases to address market needsSupport value proposition initiatives, product launches, campaign rollouts, and digital initiativesDesign and deliver training to sales teams, farmers, and distributorsDevelop and adapt impactful sales tools and materialsAlign closely with sales, marketing, regulatory and development, and digital, and development teamsSupport product launches, campaign rollouts, and digital initiativesTrack performance, gather field feedback, and refine tools and messagingAct as a trusted partner to the commercial team, balancing strategic and hands-on supportKey RequirementsA degree in Agriculture or related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in the agrochemical/crop protection industry in technical, sales, or marketing roles. Solid knowledge of crop protection products sector and farmer needs - crop nutrition knowledge is a plus. Experience developing and delivering training programs for commercial audiences. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear actions. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French. Willingness to travel within the region, including field visits and occasional office collaboration.
