This individual will play a key role in leading the commercial organization, developing market strategies, managing key stakeholder relationships, and cultivating a high-performance team culture to deliver on ambitious growth and financial targets. What You'll Do With UsLead the delivery of EBIT targets by driving sales revenue, managing expenses, and ensuring profitability and cash flow performance. Develop and execute country-specific business strategies in collaboration with regional stakeholders to achieve long-term commercial success. Build and nurture a high-performing, motivated team by setting clear goals, coaching talent, and promoting succession planning.
Identify market opportunities, manage key accounts, and implement distribution strategies that adapt to changing industry dynamics. Cultivate relationships with customers, regulatory bodies, industry partners, and research institutions to support growth and innovation efforts. Ensure all operations align with FMC values, internal policies, and national laws and regulations. Your Qualification & AttributesMBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred. Proven leadership experience in a country or general management role, ideally within the crop protection, agriculture, or related industries. Strong financial acumen with a track record of delivering P&L results and driving profitable growth.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies. Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging with regulatory authorities and industry bodies. Fluent in Hungarian and English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
