FMCG Manufacturing Maintenance Manager required urgently

Core Talent are working with a food manufacturing company to recruit a site Maintenance Manager for fast paced site in Melbourne.The RoleWorking with cross-functional departments to ensure system performance and culture Drive and Lead Safety culture in the Engineering Team with strong development and implementation of housekeeping and strategies.Drive Preventative Maintenance Scheduled and manage quality of engineering works to standard.Work closely with the manufacturing team, quality assurance, research, and development to prevent problems with products and tooling fixtures. Lead & facilitate Capital installation including planning, scoping, procurement & commissioningEnsure all trade training is up to date and compliant with internal training requirementsSupport all current and new product introductions, by being involved in the planning and in the trailing process. Ensure compliance to quality systems to guarantee and improve product quality;Directly managing a team of trade technicians on site.
