This role will empower you to manage end-to-end sourcing projects, create real business impact, and mentor junior buyers along the way.🚀 What You’ll Do:Lead sourcing initiatives across multiple categories.Build supplier strategies that balance cost, quality, and sustainability.Manage RFP/RFQ/eAuction processes and identify negotiation opportunities.Drive spend analysis and deliver measurable savings.Partner cross-functionally to elevate sourcing operations.💡 What We’re Looking For:✅ 5–7 years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing / Procurement ✅ FMCG background (mandatory) or experience in a service industry ✅ Hands-on with Coupa, Ariba, or similar procurement systems ✅ Expertise in RFP/RFX/RFQ and eAuction processes ✅ Proven track record in Spend Management & Proactive Sourcing ✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills in English ✅ Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
