Provides technical expertise in conducting capabilities studies, requirements analysis, and technology assessments. Develops procedures for and conducts basic analysis. Understands analysis principles, theories, and techniques. Evaluates complex data and prepares reports. Duties and Responsibilities (Essential):
Supply Chain Management Assist in the Central Case Management (CCM) support of FMS Cases, also known as Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA). Job requirements include but not limited to: Provide financial and logistical support to the Central Case Management (CCM) team in administering and overseeing the execution of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) Research and analyze LOAs and determine the logistical, contract awards, financial, supply and shipment status through the U. S.
Army’s supply systems Determine the status of supply actions, procurement information, substitutions, requisition delay for a specific reason, rejection of requisition for a specified cause, changes in stock number, changes in unit of issue and/or quantity, referral of requisition to another DoD supply source, delay in delivery, acknowledgement of cancellation requests, shipment status, etc.
, and financial status Research, analyze, query, develop reports and input from/to the Centralized Integrated System International Logistics (CISIL), Logistics Modernization Plan (LMP) system; the financial and accounting systems of GFEBS and PBAS (OC) Research and analyze LOAs and determine the LOA’s financial status through U. S. Army's financial systems Develop briefings and excel spread sheets Monitor the Repair and Return (R&R) cases and input to the WEB RoR Process Supply Discrepancy Report (SDR) actions Track release and transportation of items and provide status reportsQualifications:
Active Secret or higher Government Security Clearance Bachelor’s Degree in such disciplines as electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Resource Management/Information Systems, Operations Research, Physical Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Business, Accounting, Economics, or other related scientific, technical, or logistic discipline, or a technical training certificate from an accredited training institution with a curriculum or major field of study which provides substantial knowledge closely related to the task.
Three years of experience in the development and implementation of criteria for the collection, compilation, and recording of technical data that allows verification and replication of outcomes through experimentation. Experienced with current technologies and where required for the task, emerging technologies. Physical Factors Work environment is predominately office Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
