The role is considered an operational function and requires the person to be the industry representative on behalf of FNB, with a focus on improving processes, attending to regulatory issues, and engaging in research. Are You Someone Who CanContribute to the development of a budget aligned to operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances. Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analysing trends and data.
Accumulate information to review work progress that provides input to reporting, decision making and the identification of improvement opportunitiesMaintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and business internal compliance procedures and requirements within the Payment industryTranslate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects /initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress. You will be an ideal candidate if youHave a minimum degree in Information Technology, Economics, or equivalent. Have 2- 3 years relevant experience. Have thorough understanding of the Bank's products will be an added advantage.
