Description Du PosteWe’re seeking an experienced Foaming Supervisor to lead and optimize the foaming process within our production environment. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, safety, and sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of technicians, providing clear targets and continuous trainingEnsure efficient troubleshooting and resolution of foaming process issuesImplement and sustain 5S, safety, and maintenance standards across all zonesAnalyze KPIs, drive improvements, and ensure escalation protocols are followedCollaborate cross-functionally to reduce downtime through structured action planningManage documentation related to maintenance and process controlMonitor environmental impact and enforce proper handling of hazardous materialsChampion lean practices and continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsBachelor Technical Degree in Electrical/Electromechanical or related fieldMinimum 5 years in automotive industry, with hands-on foaming machine experience (e.g. Hennecke)Strong command of maintenance software and MS Office toolsFluent in EnglishAssetsTraining in IATF16949, VDA6.3Leadership in Lean/Kaizen methodologyClear understanding of HSE practices and environmental complianceWe value proactive leadership, process orientation, and strong interpersonal skills to drive both operational and environmental performance.We are looking forward to your application, apply Now!Legal Entity: SATE Système Automobile et Technique d'El Jem, Org.Code: OE-TN-ELJ191
