Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Folding and Gluing Machine Operator located in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining folding and gluing machines to meet daily production targets. Responsibilities include monitoring machine performance, conducting necessary adjustments, ensuring product quality through regular inspections, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The operator will also coordinate with the production team to ensure workflow efficiency and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in operating and maintaining folding and gluing machines, with knowledge of machine setup and adjustment processes.Attention to detail with skills in inspecting product quality and maintaining compliance with specifications.Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to perform minor repairs to ensure smooth machine operation.Understanding of workplace safety protocols and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with production teams.Prior experience in the corrugated packaging industry is an advantage, but not mandatory.A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
