About the PositionArdventure Investment Holding Funds, aiming to create sustainable value by investing in high-growth potential ventures, is seeking a Fund Specialist to take an active role in investor relations and fundraising processes across our Venture Capital Investment Trust and Venture Capital Investment Fund entities.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct performance analysis, reporting, and optimization of the existing investment portfolioEvaluate new investment opportunities from financial, sectoral, and strategic perspectivesDevelop and implement fundraising strategiesBuild and manage relationships with potential investors (both individual and institutional)Prepare investor presentations, information documents, and fund marketing materialsSupport the Investment Committee through financial analysis, valuation, and reportingClosely follow capital markets legislation, CMB (Capital Markets Board) regulations, and fund management processesContribute to internal audit, risk management, and compliance activitiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Engineering, or related fieldsKnowledge of fundraising, investor relations, or financial modelingMinimum 3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, portfolio management, or investment bankingPreferably holds Capital Market Activities Level 3 License and Derivatives LicenseExcellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skillsWho We AreWe are a Venture Capital Investment Trust dedicated to creating sustainable returns for our investors while supporting the growth of innovative startups and contributing to the national economy.
