Set above the celebrated golden sands of Playa Grande, the resort offers unparalleled access to water sports and back-to-nature experiences, infused with the spice and flavour of Dominican life.Role As the Food and Beverage Manager at Amanera you will manage the overall administration and operation of the Food and Beverage division to ensure maintenance of quality standards, financial performance and profitability, staff performance and guests’ satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesDrive Operational Excellence: Lead the creation and management of annual budgets, control costs, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all Food and Beverage outlets.Inspire and Develop Teams: Build a high-performing, multi-skilled team through recruitment, training, performance reviews, and ongoing development.Elevate Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives courteous, professional service while maintaining the highest standards in food quality and presentation.Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with other leaders to coordinate special events, group functions, and banqueting services with precision and flair.Innovate and Optimize: Regularly review menus, wine lists, and service procedures to enhance offerings and boost revenue through strategic up-selling.Champion Standards and Culture: Uphold resort policies, foster a positive work environment, and ensure staff adhere to uniform and conduct guidelines.RequirementsA Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a closely related field is essential.At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing Food & Beverage operations, ideally within a luxury resort or high-end hospitality environment.Strong background in overseeing multiple outlets and coordinating banqueting services, especially in remote or destination settings.Comfortable using systems like Micros, Microsoft Office, and Opera, with the ability to quickly adapt to specialized reservation and operational software.Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse team and international guests.BenefitsAt Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
