Job Summary:The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent service delivery, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The role involves assisting with operations, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth running of the outlet.Key Responsibilities:Supervise the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service and timely delivery.Lead and motivate a team of service staff to deliver high-quality customer service.Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards.Manage inventory levels, assist in stock control, and minimize wastage.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, ensuring hygiene standards are met.Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.Monitor staff attendance, performance, and grooming to ensure a high standard of service.Assist in training new staff and ensuring they are familiar with company policies and procedures.Assist in scheduling shifts and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.Requirements:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the food & beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling.Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively across departments.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: AED 2,800 per monthAccommodation and food provided by the companyTransportation (if applicable)Annual leave and benefits as per UAE Labour Law
