We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join us as a Team Leader ensuring our food and beverage service meets the highest standards and complies with all food safety regulations.Working hours up to 36.5 hours per week.About YouWe are looking to recruit a Team Leader to assist in the supervision and management of food & beverage service across the Warwick Conferences portfolio, ensuring all standards are maintained to a high level so customers receive the best possible service. You’ll have delegated responsibility for leading the team on shift in addition to overseeing training to develop a fantastic, service focused team and embedding Warwick Conferences high standards. You will be required to work any 5 days in 7 working a variety of shifts between the hours of 7am – midnight, including weekends.By working closely with the Manager and Assistant Manager you’ll assist with managing shifts and the supervision of a team of both contracted and Unitemps Food and Beverage Assistants to maintain the excellence of our offering. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service and be the first point of contact for our customers, providing advice and assistance, ensuring any queries are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner.Your responsibilities will include leading the team in a guest centric service culture by ensuring the service areas are ready and set in accordance with booking system details. You’ll ensure the team are prepared, knowledgeable and motivated by delivering a pre-service briefing and checking all service checklists are completed.Your keen eye for detail will ensure everything is exactly right and address any basic team issues or concerns, escalating to the line manager as required. You’ll thrive with supporting the wider business in helping to maximise income and profitability.
