You will ensure accuracy in supplier management, stock control, and financial reporting while supporting both local operations and the group’s finance team. With a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, you will contribute to optimising costs, improving processes, and maintaining the highest standards of efficiency across our international venues.Your day to day Manage F&B purchasing and supplier flows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across locations.Check that all incoming goods match delivery notes and purchase orders in quantity, quality, and price.Monitor stock levels, supervise monthly inventories, and analyse variances to ensure proper cost control.Enter delivery notes and supplier invoices into the management system, verifying correctness and compliance.Support the Finance team in monitoring F&B costs, analysing consumption trends, and identifying optimisation opportunities.Prepare monthly and annual management reports related to purchases, stock movements, and cost performance.Collaborate closely with Restaurant Managers, Chefs, and the Group Finance Department to ensure consistency in procedures and reporting.Who are you?
