Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food & Beverage Hostess at Al Hallab Fişekhane, located in Istanbul. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Additional responsibilities include communicating effectively with the team and guests to provide a seamless dining experience, while maintaining a professional and hospitable environment. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage positively with guests and team membersExperience with managing reservations and coordinating seating arrangementsExcellent communication abilities, both verbal and writtenProficiency in customer service and creating memorable guest experiencesProfessional phone etiquette and managing guest inquiries over the phoneFluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plusPrevious experience in the food and beverage industry or a hospitality role is preferred
