The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food and beverage service, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and upholding health and safety standards.Qualifications Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations Excellent leadership and organizational skills Ability to maintain a positive and professional approach with staff and customers Knowledge of health and safety regulationsResponsibilities Supervise and train food and beverage staff Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization in food and beverage areas Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving service and profitability.We offer great benefits and a positive work environment.
