This includes a restaurant, two bars, café, room service and minibar.You will also assist when required in supervising event staff in the WSCC.You will lead and inspire an authentically guest-centric, professional, innovative and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job.Success will be underpinned by innovative and tailored guest experiences with delivery above expectations, consistent financial performance and an engaged team culture.Setting you up for SuccessPrior experience in Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role is essential.Five-Star experience is advantageous, but not a necessityBeverage Menu Engineering and Team Development are strong focuses of this roleCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol CertificateReady to ApplyIf this sounds like the opportunity for you, please apply now!
