As an Outlet Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service in our food and beverage outlet.Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlet, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfactionTrain, motivate, and supervise staff to maintain excellent performance and adherence to company policiesMonitor and maintain quality control for all food and beverage items servedHandle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionallyManage inventory, place orders, and control costs to meet budgetary goalsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulationsCollaborate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistencyPrepare staff schedules and manage time-off requestsConduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concernsAssist in implementing marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer loyaltyPerform administrative tasks such as reporting, record-keeping, and cash managementQualificationsProven experience in restaurant or food and beverage outlet operations, with at least one year in a supervisory roleStrong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectivelyExcellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiencesThorough knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practicesUnderstanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the food service industryStrong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusRelevant education in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
