QAR 1,800 Plus Accommodation + Transportation !!! To provide excellent customer service by taking and delivering orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting overall restaurant operations in line with company standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Guest Service:Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and temperature meet quality standards.Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or complaints.2. Operational Support:Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.Ensure tables are properly set before and after service (cutlery, glasses, napkins, condiments).Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.Process billing accurately and handle cash or card transactions in compliance with company policies.3. Team Collaboration:Support colleagues during busy shifts and assist in other sections when needed.Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management to ensure seamless service flow.Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.4. Compliance & Safety:Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.Adhere to grooming and uniform standards.Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP).
