You will identify opportunities, optimize performance, and ensure continuous improvement to achieve commercial success.Professional Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related fieldStrong entrepreneurial mindset with a high bias for actionSolid business acumen and organizational awarenessAbility to build and maintain strong networks and relationshipsExcellent cross-functional communication skillsStrong problem-solving capabilities and ability to identify growth opportunitiesProficiency in leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making and strategy developmentKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to grow Food Service business across national, regional, and area levelsMaintain and update weekly Hit List Priority Customers and monitor progressTrack and analyze weekly sales performance using data-driven insights to ensure alignment with strategic objectivesCollaborate with Regional Managers, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams to provide insights and analysis on promotional activitiesMonitor competitor activities and share commercial insights with Regional Managers and technical insights with Corporate ChefShare best practices across the Food Service team to ensure product quality, technical excellence, and customer benefitsDiagnose performance gaps and define corrective actions to drive continuous improvementPerform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Food ServiceDesirable SkillsStrong communication skills with structured and clear deliveryPositive attitude and collaborative approachHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsData-centric mindset with strong analytical capabilitiesWe understand your resume might not be up to date and recommend that you apply with what you have or your LinkedIn Profile.
