Located in the heart of Mumbai, Krishna Palace Hotel is synonymous with opulence and hospitality. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Service Supervisor based in Mumbai. The Food Service Supervisor will oversee daily operations in food and beverage services, including supervising staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Responsibilities also include coordinating with the culinary team, managing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, including staff management and schedulingExperience in Food Preparation and Food Service responsibilitiesProficiency in Food & Beverage operations and handling customer interactionsExcellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and guestsProblem-solving abilities and attention to detailFamiliarity with health and safety standards in hospitalityBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
