Food Technologist Assistant

Job Description Working with extrudate recipes Identifying and sourcing innovative products from suppliers Ongoing modification and improvement of existing recipes Work closely with the Process technologist Impact assessment of extrudates on Final Product Working alongside Leeds team Support entire R&D team in attaining short-term and long-term development goals. Adapt to evolving scientific priorities Provide written and verbal reports of research activities. Ensure that strict hygiene and food safety standards are met Conduct production test runs Develop in-process and finished product specification Generating ingredient statements and nutritional information Development of recipes alongside customers Packaging of samples for customers Sourcing of ingredients Using Agile Chilli to input recipesCompany DescriptionWe are a producer of Textured Plant Based Protein (TPP) with a strong focus on being a solutions provider.
