Title of student placement position in company: Technical AssistantActivities and roles:- Gain hands-on experience using IT software applied to food industry- Assist in preparing and verifying ingredients lists for compliance with regulatory requirements- Support with reviewing supplier documentation and raw material specifications based on food safety and quality criteria for risk assessment.- Provide administrative and technical support during internal and external audits.- Learn about food safety standards (e.g. HACCP, allergen management)- Practical exposure to quality management systems Transferable skills:- Strong attention-to-detail and organisational skills- Communication (oral, written)- Teamwork and collaboration- Digital literacy and IT skills
