This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations. The successful incumbent is to support the Sales Operations team in identifying and building new trending business leads to ensure foodpanda always has the best of everything. This is a great opportunity to learn from and step into a leading on-demand food delivery experience!Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Pipeline ManagementSet up automated tracking and reporting systems to surface trending restaurants from multiple sources such as competitor platforms, food blogs, Instagram, and restaurant discovery websites.
Build, update, and prioritize target lists of restaurants and companies based on company strategy and market dynamics. Gather and synthesize competitor intelligence, delivering analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. Conduct lead qualification and conversions to ensure pipeline accuracy and health. Provide regular reporting and insights to track pipeline health and lead performance. Salesforce & Process SupportSupport and manage Salesforce processes, including lead, opportunity, and account workflows. Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to deliver business process improvements and product enhancement rollouts. Ensure data hygiene and operational consistency across sales tools and platforms. QualificationsRequirements:
Experience using SalesforceHighly proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills Analytical, number-oriented, attention to details and strong organisational skillsExperience using SQL to solve business problems and provide valuable insights from complex data sets (good to have)Thrives in fast-paced environment and able to make quick, assertive decisionsIndependent and highly motivated fast learnerPositive attitude with good communication skillsMust possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor/Masters DegreeLover of food is a must!Additional InformationWhat we offer:
