Up for an exciting new career?We are currently in search of a highly driven and strategic Head, CIO Office APAC to be part of our regional team APAC and Europe team and oversee the markets within APAC.

The CIO Office works closely with countries in the APAC region to achieve our key objectives, with a strong focus on growth, P&L metrics and solving key challenges. This role will be based in one of the APAC markets it is responsible for. Responsibilities:

Understand markets’ challenges in-depth, and how to best support them; define and implement countries' strategy in close cooperation with respective Country CEOs/Managing DirectorsHas overall P&L ownership of the profitability and productivity of the markets Own cross-department projects at a regional level, such as customer NPS improvement, basket size increase, logistics, marketing, pricing coordination, etc.

Allocate budget and optimise resources efficiently across countries and business verticals to meet ambitious growth and profitability targetsCollaborate with Delivery Hero’s Management Board around strategic goals, funding, and regional policies to maximise return on investmentOwn the quarterly OKR-setting process, focusing on key priorities and highest impactDrive or actively participate in key regular touchpoints: performance updates, financial reviews, budgeting & strategy, etc.

Drive projects to improve customer, rider and vendor performance and experienceTogether with respective Country CEOs/Managing Directors, put together, implement and track investment proposals to boost strategic initiativesQualificationsAt least 8 years of working experience, with 1 to 2 years of exposure at the company decision-making level, including P&L accountabilityBackground in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/technology environmentsWe're looking for people bringing a rare combination of strategic thinking and implementation driveA mix of consulting experience (or comparable) and a track record of outstanding achievements in business, with international exposure, would be idealGreat interpersonal relationships, as this highly-exposed role involves cooperation with countries and multiple functions in the regional and global teamsWillingness, and more so a desire to build from scratch is neededWhile this a general management role, an expertise on a particular aspect of our business (notably marketing, operations, commercial, and/or finance) is a strong plusStrong analytical skills, again combined with a bias for actionComfortable in reading & interpreting financial documents, especially country P&Ls and investment proposals, and deriving actions from themClear, crisp and actionable communicationTeam player.
