This role is pivotal in shaping and executing category growth strategies, optimizing portfolio performance, and delivering customer-centric plans that unlock sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCategory Growth Strategy (CGS)Localize and implement the global CGS framework, including Category Value Drivers (CVD)Conduct comprehensive channel audits to inform Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Joint Business Planning (JBP)Category Growth Management (CGM)Lead category portfolio optimization initiatives to ensure relevance and competitivenessProvide strategic guidance on space planning and merchandising executionDevelop and deliver customer-facing category management plans tailored to specific retail partnersInnovation & Design for Channel/Design for RetailerDefine and execute the D4C (Design for Channel) strategy to enhance innovation relevanceBuild compelling innovation selling stories to support commercial teams and drive market impactQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in category management, trade marketing, or strategy roles within FMCGStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilitiesExperience with IBP/JBP processes and customer engagement strategiesAbility to translate insights into actionable growth plansPassion for innovation and consumer-centric thinkingWhy Join Us?At Unilever, we believe in making sustainable living commonplace.
