As the official representative of the French Football Federation, our mission is to develop grassroots football and provide young players with high-quality technical, educational, and human development programs, fully aligned with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.Main ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the Technical Director, the Head Coach plays a central role in the sporting and educational project of the FFF Academy. Responsibilities include: • Planning, delivering, and supervising training sessions for different age groups. • Promoting and transmitting human, moral, technical, and tactical values to the players. • Monitoring individual player development and preparing regular progress reports. • Ensuring clear communication with parents and addressing their inquiries. • Creating a positive, motivating, and structured learning environment. • Organizing players’ participation in internal competitions and sporting events. • Handling administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, progress reports, and coordination with the technical staff.Managing training equipment: distribution, inventory, and optimization of resources. • Contributing to the development of the FFF Academy’s sporting philosophy and identity.Profile Required • Recognized coaching qualification (minimum UEFA B License or equivalent). • Proven experience in coaching young players (academies, football schools, or clubs). • Strong pedagogical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with children and families. • Solid knowledge of technical, tactical, and physical fundamentals adapted to youth football. • Fluent in English (French and Arabic are strong assets). • Strong organizational skills and administrative discipline. • Passionate about education through sport with a strong commitment to value transmission.We Offer • A professional environment officially certified by the French Football Federation. • A key role in the development of grassroots football in Saudi Arabia. • A competitive package including attractive salary, work visa, and health insurance. • Full logistical and administrative support. • Career growth opportunities within the Academy.
