At SPOX and GOAL (part of FootballCo), we tell the stories that define football culture. From breaking news to original features and engaging video content, we reach hundred thousands of fans every day. Together with INDIVISA, our dedicated women’s football brand, we’re building a platform for modern, inclusive storytelling across digital and social channels. About the RoleWe’re looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to organise and lead video production across SPOX, GOAL DE and INDIVISA. You’ll be responsible for managing content for all our platforms and social media channels – from concept to publication.

What you’ll be doing: Edit and produce platform-specific videos using Adobe Premiere Pro (16: 9)Upload videos from our partners on platforms. Shoot video content and occasionally appear on camera as a presenter or contributorOrganize and supervise the full production workflow for recurring and ad hoc video formatsManage and lead a team of freelance video creatorsWork closely with the editorial and social media teams to align video content with broader strategyTailor videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and our digital platformsTrack trends and develop new creative formats for the SPOX, GOAL DE, and INDIVISA audienceWhat you have:

Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects or Photoshop a plus)Hands-on experience with shooting and post-productionComfortable appearing on camera for explainers, interviews, or our fan led and player led formatsProven ability to lead and coordinate freelance teamsUnderstanding of digital storytelling and content strategies across multiple platformsExcellent organizational and time management skillsGenuine passion for football – men’s and/or women’sStrong communication skills in German and English (spoken and writtenWhat We OfferThe opportunity to shape digital football storytelling in GermanyA creative and fast-paced working environment with a passionate teamCollaboration with a global editorial and creative networkFlexibility to work remotely or hybridRoom for innovation and new format developmentFootballco is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
