Job DescriptionPurchasing Buyer responsible for Operational Purchasing activities to support North America Market. Buyer needs to work closely with North America Category Implementation Buyer and CFTs located at NA. Responsibilities Need to work as Stamping Buyer for Exterior Commodities Should have experince handling Exterior Commodities-Like Sheetmetal Stamping, Structures, Plastic Trim Injection Molded, Compression, Thermoforming parts. Work collaboratively with NA sourcing Buyer and Cross Functional Team. Need to support the Purcahsing/Supply Chain activities post Commercial Purchasing Agreement sign off to End of Production. Place PO/TO on time.

Execute the Multi Year/Calendar Year claim on time as per the agreement Do the cost analysis,Validate the right cost for any engineering changes. Go through the Cost Breakdown/Tooling Cost, develop zero based costing against this. Develop the right strategy and Negotiate with Supplier. Resolve comemrcial issues with supplier. Maintain good relationshaip with Supplier. Regular reporting to Management and asking help at the right time. Identify cost savings opportunities for the company. Support/Lead Capacity Uplift kick off to supplier on time.

Need to take the lead for Resourcing Actions-Either Request from Supplier, De-Risking, Contingent Action or Cost Savings. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Strong Commodity Purchasing/Procurement/Strategic Sourcing/Vendor Development and Supply Chain Knowledge. OEM Experinece. Must have 6-10 Years of Experience. Good Analytical and Problem solving Skill. Flexible to work in late evening shift.
