Foreign Trade Specialist

We are looking for a Foreign Trade Specialist for our business partner specialized in the furniture industry — a professional who is experienced in foreign trade operations and capable of managing end-to-end import and export processes.Responsibilities:Manage all import and export operations end-to-end and monitor all related processesPrepare all required import/export documentation accurately and on timeCoordinate with the customs broker and ensure smooth execution of customs proceduresManage transportation and shipment processes with logistics companiesFollow up on import orders and delivery schedulesConduct cost analyses for completed import and export transactionsCalculate estimated import costs for potential ordersQualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in import operations (sector-agnostic)Strong knowledge of import processes; experience with Far East shipments, freight, and customs procedures is highly preferredGood understanding of customs regulationsAdvanced level of EnglishPreferably knowledgeable in basic accounting or cost accountingProficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially advanced Excel skillsFast-learner, solution-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsTeam-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working in a dynamic environmentWorking Model: On-site, 5 days per weekLocation: Şişli / IstanbulKişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesinden doğan haklara ilişkin detaylı bilgiye https://talentway.com.tr/kvkk.php adresindeki Aydınlatma Metnimizin sayfasından ulaşabilirsiniz.TALENTWAY İK DANIŞMANLIK LTD.
