Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee the delivery of temporary and demountable school projects across Sydney. This role involves managing the on-site installation of modular classrooms and associated infrastructure, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.You’ll be coordinating multiple trades, managing logistics, and maintaining tight construction programs on fast-paced education projects that make a real difference to local school communities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all on-site activities and subcontractorsOversee the installation of modular and demountable buildingsMaintain program schedules and ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsConduct toolbox meetings, site inspections, and daily reportingLiaise with Project Managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project deliveryManage site setup, logistics, and final handoverSkills & Experience:Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in commercial or education constructionExperience with modular or prefabricated building projects highly desirableStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsProven ability to deliver projects within timeframes and budgetsTrade qualification in carpentry or building preferredWhite Card and relevant tickets requiredWhat’s on Offer:Ongoing pipeline of education and modular construction projectsSupportive management team and positive site cultureImmediate startHow to Apply:If you’re an experienced Foreman looking to take the lead on essential school infrastructure projects, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now with your resume or contact Rose Kilcawley 0450 598 772 for a confidential discussion.
