Foreman Supervisor

Hassan Allam Holding is seeking a highly skilled Foreman Supervisor - Electrical to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead electrical site teams in the installation, testing, and commissioning of signaling systems.Ensure all electrical works are carried out in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.Coordinate daily activities with engineers, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure smooth site execution.Conduct inspections of electrical works and provide technical guidance to resolve issues promptly.Monitor progress, prepare daily site reports, and ensure compliance with quality and HSE requirements.Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Minimum 7–10 years of experience in electrical site supervision, with at least 3 years in railway or signaling systems.Strong knowledge of signaling systems, control panels, cabling, and communication networks.Ability to read and interpret electrical and schematic drawings.Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.Previous experience in railway or transportation infrastructure projects in the UAE or GCC is an advantage.
