This role is ideal for someone who understands the dynamics of the forex industry and has a proven ability to elevate team performance through structured training, coaching, and leadership.If you excel at developing people, driving results, and building high performing retention teams, this opportunity is for you.Role OverviewAs a Retention Trainer, you will play a central part in strengthening the skills and productivity of the English Desk retention team. Your focus will be on training, mentoring, optimizing performance, and ensuring the team consistently meets business objectives and KPIs.Key Responsibilities• Deliver structured training programs covering retention strategies, client engagement, and sales performance• Assess team performance and implement improvement plans to raise conversion and satisfaction levels• Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge, negotiation techniques, and compliance understanding• Work closely with management to ensure training initiatives align with overall business goals• Create and maintain training materials, including scripts, presentations, and process documentation• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices within the forex and trading space• Motivate and guide team members to achieve their targets in a positive, driven environmentRequirements• Minimum two years of experience in client retention within the forex or trading industry• Strong advantage for candidates with team leading or training experience• Proven success in developing and managing teams• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English• Strong knowledge of forex products, trading platforms, and market dynamics• Ability to design tailored training programs that enhance team performance• Immediate joiners are preferred• Open to candidates based in Dubai or willing to relocateWhat You’ll Gain• Performance based bonuses and strong earning potential• A dynamic environment within a growing international company• Professional development and career growth opportunities• A supportive and collaborative workplace culture
