MyES Bordeaux is looking for qualified, passionate English language Teachers to join our brand new teaching team. Positions would initially be freelance, part-time roles, with flexible teaching hours and the opportunity to progress within an exciting and fast-growing school. Full training in our teaching style provided. Candidates should email their application/CV to our Director of Studies, Marleen de Groot:didactic.merignac@myes.frThe ideal candidate will be:* Native-level English speaker (mother tongue or C2 certified)* Qualified English teacher with a CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL or other TEFL certification* Have some previous teaching experience* Proactive, positive, flexible, empathetic and professionalWe expect our teachers to:- Participate in training and be willing to grow and improve as a teacher, adapting to our fun, communicative method- Be available 3 or 4 evenings a week, and on some Saturday mornings- Participate in team meetings and be an active team member- Participate in school events, sharing ideas and running their own events- Report on our students and give feedback about them to improve their learning experience- Bring a positive attitude to work!We offer our teachers:- Freelance work, with the possibility of evolving to a full CDD/CDI contract- Flexible teaching hours, which can be organised long-term according to teachers’ preferences and the school’s needs- Competitive hourly rate- Full initial training and ongoing professional development, with regular observations, an ongoing training plan, and quarterly “Looking - Back Looking Forward” professional development sessions- The opportunity to grow into areas such as Business English, teaching exam courses, etc.- Future opportunities in a growing company, including corporate teaching in companies, projects on behalf of MyES, and the opportunity to grow into new roles.- All materials are already ready to go!
