This established organization focuses on developing cutting-edge formulations for small molecules and new chemical entities, serving global markets with state-of-the-art pharmaceutical solutions and maintaining a strong position in the competitive pharmaceutical development landscape.Your ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimize formulations for oral solid dosage forms including capsules, film-coated tablets, and sachetsExecute scientific experiments for formulation and process development with minimal supervisionDevelop robust manufacturing processes including scale-up activities for clinical and commercial productionSupport technology transfer to GMP pilot plants and production facilitiesUtilize advanced digital tools such as e-Lab journals and data visualization platformsDocument and interpret experimental results while proposing next-step strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams on pharmaceutical development projectsEnsure compliance with GMP standards during clinical supply manufacturingYour ProfileProfessional qualification as Pharmaceutical Technologist (Pharmakant/Chemie-/Pharmatechnologe) with 3-5 years industrial experience OR degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (MSc/BSc)Proven expertise in formulation and process development for oral solid dosage formsStrong experience with pharmaceutical technologies, unit operations, and functional excipientsProficiency in digital documentation tools and e-Lab systemsSolid knowledge in galenic/pharmaceutical technology and process developmentExcellent communication skills in English (oral & written); German/French advantageousSafety-conscious approach to handling chemicals and pharmaceutical materials
