Research Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Part-Time Researcher to support our Accounting and Finance recruitment team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in identifying top talent, gathering market intelligence, and helping the team build high-quality candidate pipelines. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and an interest in recruitment and the accounting/finance sector. Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct targeted research to identify potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and company databases. Map talent across key sectors and create structured talent pools.

Assist in building and maintaining candidate lists, spreadsheets, and CRM data. Research industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity. Support the team with initial candidate outreach and engagement (if applicable). Maintain accurate documentation and data entry for candidate records and recruitment reports. Contribute to internal reports, sourcing strategies, and talent insights. RequirementsStrong research and data-gathering skills. Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Prior experience in recruitment, human resources, or market research is a plus.
