What You'll Do: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (50% - part-time) with background experience in account receivable.

The ideal candidate will support our administrative and financial operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes and compliance with company standards. Kex responsibilities: Perform general administrative tasks, including correspondence, document management, and meeting coordinationHandle bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and account reconciliations and follow up. Handle communication with our external service provider in relation to accounting and payrolling topics.

Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and payment schedulesMaintain and update company records, databases, and filing systemsLiaise with suppliers, clients, and service providersSupport HR and office management functions as neededEnsure compliance with company policies and relevant regulationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field or relevant professional experience in the domain.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar roleSolid knowledge of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience in a multinational or consulting environment is preferredExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and work independentlyStrong communication skills in English and French (written and spoken), German is an advantage.
