Payroll Assistant

We wish to appoint a Payroll Assistant, in our Outsourcing team, in Athens. For the right candidate, the position offers excellent advancement opportunities.

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the day-to-day administration of small to large sized multiple client payrollsRespond to payroll-related and local labor legislation inquiries from clientsProvide payroll reports as requested from clientsResponsible for the accurate and timely completion of clients' obligations and payroll workflowIdentify, research, and resolve payroll variancesLook for improvements related to efficiency and payroll best practices and provide feedbackIndependent performance according to Payroll Manager's instructionsRequirementsBSc in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration (MSc will be considered an asset)1-2 years of working experience in Payroll - prior experience in the consulting sector will be preferredCompetent use of ERGANI, SEPENET and e-EFKA platformGood knowledge of current labor legislationGreat understanding of multi-payroll casesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsWell organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, and deadline-driven environmentGood written and verbal communication skills (Greek/English)Strong customer service skillsComputer - literacy skillsBenefitsCompetitive remuneration packagePrivate insuranceFlexible working schemeContinuous training and career development opportunitiesAbout Forvis MazarsForvis Mazars is a leading global professional services network.
